The location is just wonderful, right near that fine monastery y'all. The gardens for strollin' with the family are excellent. The breakfast had some nice natural juices that I reckon most folks would enjoy. Spa access is extra, which seemed a tad off, but the room was spacious, clean, and comfy. Just wish the pool temp was warmer!

The hotel is fabulous, it is right in the centre of Batalha, just across the road from the monastery. The staff were very helpful and very friendly and even the cleaners spoke perfect English.
I didn't like the golfer feel the hotel has by having a little golf things shop in the foyer. The restaurant and spa are also seemed pricey for the area.

Excellent spa facilities, great room with nice view on Monastery, very well furnished and nice design. Reasonable rates at restaurant and bar.

I had a pleasant stay here for a couple of nights while exploring the area, including the nearby Monastery of Batalha which was just a short walk away. The room was spacious and had modern furniture, with a lovely bathroom that featured automatic lights. The breakfast in the restaurant was fresh and tasty, and the bar had a great cocktail selection. There were some maintenance issues like a noisy heating system and a poorly functioning fridge that could use improvement. It was a good experience, and I appreciated the easy access to local restaurants and shops.

The bed was nice, the room was generous sized and brand-new with espectaculary beds. The location was convenient - just 5 minutes' walk from a Gothic monastery: )

I enjoyed this pleasant and absolutely fantastic place, stayed there for 2 nights. The staff was amazingly nice, the bathroom was fairly clean. The breakfast was nice hot with cheese and bacon and juices, perfect to start my day. The location was central, next to many other interesting sights as well as a golf course. It also was close to a grocery store.

The junior suite was well-appointed and offered a good size with a lovely view from the terrace. The amenities included air conditioning and a mini bar. Plus, easy parking made getting around easy!
The terrace door didn't quite insulate against street noise.

The staff was wonderful this was our first stop in Portugal on this tripI wish we could have stayed longer their orange juice and coffee was the best I had in Portugal I loved the use of therapeutic pool I might suggest(since I am an insurance professional) that they have a handle somewhere on the pool to be sure someone doesnt slip and fall getting in pool this city was beautiful and the shops and restaurants good friendly location great this is a pretty central local and staying here to explore ocean fatima history is a great spotI think the hotel could use a little more or better signage to find it it took us a while.
Elevator to spa wasnt working but no big problem

Excelente location, only 5 minutes walking from Hotel to Batalha Monastery. Good SPA (the pool is a little bit small). Bedrooms are really nice.

Really thought this place would be special, but alas, my junior suite had a noisy bathroom door, and the fridge was barely functional. I expected to be treated like royalty, but instead, I had to call for air conditioning. Don't they know guests deserve pampering? Almost left a great review, but just couldn't, of course!

Very modern, comfortable and in a good location
24 hour room service was not available after 10 pm????? The spa is good and well appointed in all aspects except the temperature of the jacuzzi is uncomfortably cold - a minor but irritating detail

This is a new hotel built to a modern design with lots of light and surrounded by gardens. All the hotel staff were very helpful and the food both at dinner and at breakfast was very good. Our room was full of modern gadgets with a flat screen TVand a large well equipped bathroom. Best of all, it was overlooked by the Monastery which is a breathtaking building and a 'must see' if you are in the area.
While we were there, the hotel was being used for a business conference which made some areas of the hotel quite crowded.
